I know my husband loves me dearly when he spends his day off clearing out and cleaning a room that is primarily only going to be used by myself. This past weekend we uncovered my studio, and I am currently taking a break from painting my second little study in my new room.
This was the mess of boxes that we faced. . .
But soon, they were out, put where they belonged, the carpet was ripped out, and floor cleaned.

First still life completed in over 7 months. Not a masterpiece, yet not a disaster.
A simple little painting I started today.
It will take time, but I am slowly making my way back in shape, and hope to be bringing some life back into my website. Stay tuned for all the fun improvements to the studio. I have a list of ideas on how to make it beautiful and functional at the same time.
